About Our Swimming Lessons for Adults
Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or are nervous about stepping into a pool for the first time, British Swim School Raleigh has the perfect class for you. Our experienced instructors provide personalized attention, and our lessons are taught in warm indoor pools for year-round instruction.
For adults with little to no experience in the water, lessons begin with water acclimation and safety instruction. Each student advances at their own pace, mastering vital safety and survival skills before moving on to beginner swim strokes and propulsion.
Already know how to swim? Whether you would like to learn a new swim stroke, improve your technique, or stay fit and active, our instructors will work with you to design a program that will help you achieve your goals.

These enrollments allow students to advance through the program when they’re ready without needing to wait for sessions to end and begin, so they’re always learning and improving their swim skills.
